in Indonesia there are two types of maize were cultivated, namely sweet corn and chicken corn.
sweet corn is corn that is harvested at a young age to be cooked by boiling or in the vegetable.
chicken corn is corn that is harvested when the seeds are dry and harden.
In Indonesia normally used as chicken corn feed chicken and eaten with mashed way first and then cooked until done.
Sweet corn can usually be harvested in 90-95 days after planting, whereas chicken corn can be harvested within 4 months after planting and can be much longer.
Corn is one crop-producing carbohydrates the most important in the world, other than wheat and rice.
Corn has many benefits including:
1. Improve Health
Digestive Organ. The fiber content is high enough in corn can help the process of digestion more smoothly.
2. Strengthen Bones
Corn contains nutrients such as magnesium, iron, copper and phosphorus. nutrients that can nourish the bones to be stronger and not easily fragile.
3. Making More Ageless Skin.
4. Improve Heart Health.
vitamin C, carotenoids and bioflavonoids that play a role in controlling blood cholesterol levels and improve blood circulation in the body ..
5. Healthy Sight Organ.
